A lot of people might not like the fact that I am not afraid to voice my opinions, especially when it comes down to trash talking their favorite celebrities (: But something that really urks me is how an individual lacks individuality these days.! Their too busy MIMICKING their favorite celebs! Are we having an identity crisis here? I mean come on, it's ridiculous. Doing everything you see everybody else do? I don't want to sound angry, I'm just speaking the truth. Some people might not like this question, but I ask myself the question all the time: Why is it so easy to idolize these celebrities, yet its so hard for us to idolize God, the only thing that really matters. Everybody wanna be like the people they see on the TV screen, but they don't tell you what the things on TV mean! Do something UNIQUE! Make up your own hairstyle, design your own clothes, do something positive, productive! Let's add to the creation instead of being so DESTRUCTIVE! When you try to shape and mold yourself into being like these unrealistic celebrities, the only thing you really do is lose yourself in the process! Do me a favor and ask yourself these three questions:
1. Who do you look up to the most?
2. Who inspires you the most?
3. What motivates you the most
If you didn't have a celebrity as an answer to at least ONE of these questions, then maybe I'm wrong, but then again, let's be real! #FaceTheTruth!
